Cream of rice is a smooth, comforting hot cereal made from finely milled rice. Grindstone makes its signature blended version with black and white rice milled in-house in London, Ontario.

Cream of rice is a hot cereal made by cooking finely milled rice with water or milk until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Its mild flavour makes it an easy everyday breakfast and a flexible base for fruit, spreads, seasonings and recipes. It cooks quickly, and rice itself is naturally gluten-free as a grain.

Black rice—historically known as forbidden rice—is recognized for its naturally deep purple-black pigmentation.
